Can you answer your own questions?


A classic game with a new twist! It's the perfect game to challenge your students to answer their own questions. It's a fun and simple way to build confidence in their speaking skills.


The Target Language 🤔

  Question: Do you like to  ____?

  Answer:   Yes, I do! / No, I don't!

Set Up 😀

1. Choose two identical sets of Topic Cards to play with. For example, 10 pink and 10 blue cards.

2. Shuffle all the cards together. Then, place them face down on the table in a 4x5 grid.


How to Play 🎲

1. Player 1 turns over a card and uses the Target Language, for example: "Do you like to speak Japanese?" (pic below)

2. Next, player 1 turns over a second card.

If the second card is a match, player 1 answers: "Yes, I do!" and gets both cards.

If the second card is not a match, player 1 says "No, I don't! and flips both cards back  

   Now it's the next player's turn.


3. The players take turns until all the cards have been collected. The player who has the most cards at the end wins the game! 🥇🏆
