🤔 Which game should I start with?
For younger students or absolute beginners, start with "Dealer's Choice." 🌟
It's incredibly easy to teach and helps students absorb new language with very little effort.
For advanced students, any game is OK 🌟
🤔 Can I use LMQ with larger classes?
Absolutely! The games are highly flexible. Have students play in pairs or small groups, or organize fun team versus team competitions!
🤔 How long does an average game take?
They typically run anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. The duration depends on the game you choose and the number of players.
🔠 "Dealer's Choice" is usually the quickest, often taking under 5 minutes. Since there are only 16 questions at the most and students answer together, so it moves quickly! 😆
🤔 Is there a way to use other verbs?
Of course! Please add them to fit your lesson goals 😃
For example, like this:
Q. Do you want to watch TV?
A. No, I don't. I want to clean my room.
Q. Did you watch TV yesterday?
A. No, I didn't. I prepared for my test yesterday.
The game "Highest Card" is especially good for introducing new verbs. Don't limit yourself to the topic cards.... just throw in different verbs as you go! 👍
